Who is AMR?

Association Management Resources (AMR) is a multi-client association management company (AMC). We provide comprehensive management services to both state and national groups.  Our firm specializes in two areas: association management and event management.

Founded in 1991, with locations in Ann Arbor and Greater Lansing, Michigan, AMR has an extensive background. Our staff has over 50 years of experience in the field of association management as elected officers or executive directors with associations representing healthcare, education, technology, and retail. Our success and reputation have been built on our ability to focus on our core product – association management.

With 17 full-time employees, we pride ourselves in providing professional development to all of our staff which allows us to remain up-to-date with best practices and new ideas in both the association management and event/meeting planning areas. AMR has three staff members who have achieved the CAE (Certified Association Executive) and four staff members who have achieved the CMP (Certified Meeting Professional). With an average employee retention of 10 years, AMR will provide the stability necessary to establish a secure infrastructure for your organization.

Clients have access to meeting facilities for board and/or committee meetings in both our Ann Arbor and Greater Lansing offices.   Both facilities are equipped for telephone and/or web conferencing.  Our Lansing facility is equipped with audio visual equipment and can host a meeting or workshop for up to 80 people.
